On Yogi Berra Day at Yankee Stadium, July 18, 1999, Don Larsen threw out the first pitch to Yogi and on that same historic day, David Cone became only the 16th pitcher in major league history to throw a perfect game. As a gesture of appreciation, Cone commissioned a New York jeweler to present custom EBEL WATCHES to his teammates and coaches. The watch is housed in a beautiful wooden presentation box with "New York Yankees - Perfect Game 7/18/99" engraved on the glass and a plaque that reads "In Grateful Appreciation from David Cone" The watch is also custom engraved on the back of the face with "Alan Watson, Perfect Game July 18, 1999.
